Biogas contains some H2S (hydrogen sulfide) gas that is toxic, corrosive and has bad smell, we need to install desulphurizer to get ride of H2S from biogas before we use biogas.  

Biogas desulfurization equipment is mainly to remove H2S and impurities in biogas. Fill  desulfurizer in desulfurization equipment to remove H2S. In purifying performance and 

operation, the desulfurization  equipment  is  with  reasonable  structure,  small  bed  resistance, highsulfur removal, easy operation, high sulfur capacity penetration, strong adaptability of  installation site, no secondary pollution, simple and quick installation etc. 

desulpfurizer’s working principle:
When biogas comes out from plant, there are some steams which can be departed through cooling. 

The principle of desulfurization:
Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O
after used some times, sufficiency of desulfurization would be decrease. Then we should replace desulfurization or regenerate.
The principle of regeneration: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S

Dehydrator is mainly usd to remove moisture from original biogas produced from biogas digestrers

so if you want to use biogas to generate electricity via biogas generator or use biogas as cooking fuel, use biogas for biogas lamps we must treat these original biogas and purify these biogas.

The method of the regenerate of the desulfurizer
1. Turn off the general switch outside the room and take down the desulfurizer
2. Open the desulfurizer and pour out all the desulfurizer as soon as possible
3. Remove the powder of the desulfurizer after pouring the desulfurizer firstly, put the
grain-shaped desulfurizer away on the concrete ground or iron plate, must not put them away
on the plastic plate ,wooden plate or other plate made of by some flammable
materials, otherwise it may cause fire.
4. The desulfurizer should be put away in a cool dark place, then it will be dried by the natural
wind, forbidden to put it away in the sunlight directly.
5. The desulfurizer could be regenerated in about two to three days
6. Install the regenerated desulfurizer in the desulfurizer, the powder of the desulfurizer must not
be filled back, in case of cause blocking when the powder flow into the spray head of the stove,
then, make up the loss of the desulfurizer. The desulfurizer could be regenerated once only,
change a new desulfurizer after that time.

The way:
Closing the main valve, then take out of it whose color has changed at once, then
1. Change a new one directly
2. Regenerate the old one
The way is the following: keep the used desulphurizer in a cool, shady and well ventilated
place for two or four days until the color of it change into brown. It can be regenerated for one
time.

Notice:
1. Do remove the crumb firstly, after pouring out the material of desulphurizer, just remain the
granular material.
2. Do not put the material on the plastic or wooden or inflammable products when regenerating.
3. Do not put the crumb material of desulfurizer back to desulphurizer
