All generator unit products of LAUNTOP are managed and manufactured strictly according to ISO international quality system. Repeated inspections and tests were carried out during procurement of components and parts, storage of generator unit, and shipment. There is 1 year warranty period at longest for our products, and meanwhile, we provide warranty extension service for our products.

If faults occurred within warranty period, the service engineer will guide you online to solve problem after your call. If the fault still exists, technician will go to the spot ASAP to eliminate faults for you. We promise: Common faults will be eliminated within 24 hours, major faults within 72 hours, and for special occasions, we will solve upon discussionwith customers.

1. Q: What's the MOQ for this model ?

    A: The MOQ for this products is 30 units. But for sample           order, we also accept 1-2 units. 

2. Q: What's the delivery time ?

    A: For sample order, the delivery time usually within 1-2   weeks, for container order, usually cost 1 month. Please check with sales for exact information.

3. Q: How about the production capacity ?

    A: FYI, the current production capacity for our gasoline engine products is 400-500 units/day.
