 DOOSAN started producing diesel engines for the first time in 1958. Doosan production facility is in Incheon, Korea and went into full production under the license of MAN technology in 1975, and ISUZU technology in 1979. In 1985, Doosan succeeded in developing the “STORM” diesel engine allowing Doosan to achieve technological independence. Since then, Doosan have grown to become Korea’s largest manufacturer of diesel engines. In 2005, Doosan acquired Daewoo Machine to strengthen the ability of designing and producing the engine. 1. We provide one year warranty for all of our products since the datd of B/L. If the machine break during he warranty period due to quality or assembling problem, we provide free spare parts to our customer for reparing. After expiration, we provide cost spare parts service. For any claim, please cooperate to provide necessary information to us for evaluation such as the serial number, pictures of the broken parts and working condition before the model broken. We will make record and improvement in case of same problem in the future.

2. We provide free technical consultant if you have any question about the usage of our products.

1. Delivery time for engines & generators usually take 30 days after receive buyer's deposit.

2. Delivery time for water pumps & high pressure washers usually take 40 days after receive buyer's deposit.

3. For special period, for example, Chinese spring festival, the delivery time will be a little bit longer. So, in case of any impact on your sales, please arrange your purchase plan timely. If you place order during festival, please check with our sales the exact delivery time.
