As PE, PP film is hard to granulating, hard feeding, easy to bridging, low production capacity, especially, our company introduced and absorbed the foreign advanced technology, and combination of using forcing feeding structure that has a crushing function, which can force feeding the materials into the screw extruder after the film is pre-plasticized, thereby the special structure is helpful for increasing productivity; through the exhausting function that make the better looking particles with good gloss. Production capacity is from 50-600kg/h, which can be comparable with similar foreign equipment.
