Properties:

1, this model is a high performance crusher and developed specially for recycling waste plastic such as bottles and films, And it is one of the most important units in waste plastic recycling washing processing.

2, the chamber is designed specifically for bottle shape with rapid progress of feeding and discharging. No materials accumulation, no ejected materials phenomenon,  no need to crush the plastic repeatly. and the crushed flakes sizes are more uniform with fewer powder.

3, the shaft angle of rotary knive is spefically designed to form the most efficient and quiet shear angle, crushing with stable output load, less vibration and higher effective power, and increase effectively the life of the driving system and structure at the same time.

4, use electrical device for top cover opening, with more safe, fast and labor-saving during the daily use and maintenance.

5, main bearing is designed on outside of the boday for easy maintenance, and it can't be effected by temperature and leakage.

6, equipped with water spray system for reducing the powder dust and cooling rotor in the chamber;

7, strong structure: A3 steel board with more thickness for the body and legs.
