HP1508 lateral flat glass tempering furnace has loading table,heating furnace,flat tempering section, unloading table,combustion blower, supply duct ,wind box, control system and so on. 

I loading section 

1.Elevating table

take single air cylinder,link mechanism to ensure the stable and synchronous up-and down of the four corners of the elevating table

II heating section

being equipped with the special ceramic rollers and with this mechanism, the person can finish the discharge work to the ceramic rollers without entering the furnace, which is convenient is quick and saving about half maintance time 

3.World–class insulating technology

we take the tailor-made high density Luyang insulation board and add the thermal –barrier anchorage technology to remove the short circuit which further betters the insulation result. At normal temperature , the outer temperature of the furnace appearance should not beyond  50℃, and the power-off heat preservation time is 12 hours . The Furnace temperature will only decrease 150 degree and the temperature can rise to the set value after 30 minutes’ heating.  

4.optimal roller design

The  glasses will move on the ceramic rollers during the heating process , so the material , the surface condition and specification of the ceramic rollers will all effect the heating quality , and during the whole tempering process , the quality of the ceramic rollers will have important influence on the tempering , so we take the  imported high precision siliceous ceramic rollers which has fine workmanship ,high surface processing precision ,high bend resistance and high useful loading , thereby with less heating defection .

III flat glass tempering furnace 

The flat tempering section includes the cooling wind screen ,the conveying rollers and air collecting box .

features of the cooling equipment:

1. 1. The steel rollers

after the special treatment to the steel rollers , there have aramid rope covers outside for avoiding the glass scratch on the rollers and at the same time to ensure the glass off-tracking , which greatly improve the glass surface quality and rate of finished products .

1. 2. Tuyere Structure

According to the principle of hydrodynamics , and after a amount of  counting and experiments  , we worked out the tuyere structure ,the optimum hole interval and  the optimum spraying distance . Which bring better tempering quality and less wind spot defect. 

1. 3. Wind screen structure

There leave crack and sideway among the wind screen which not only can even the release and dissipation of the air , but also can quickly open when the glass broken , and the glass fragment can fall onto the ground through the roller crack which make it easy to maintain .

1. 4. air collecting box

The up cavity and low cavity are controlled by the split valve, the up wind pressure and down wind pressure can be adjusted individually, the computer will show the value and the different of the wind value individually, the air collecting box has good steel rigidity.
