Brief introduction of our bar screen:

The Auqa-guard Screen is perfectly suited to both municipal and industrial waste water, and process water screening. The cleaning elements, attached to the chain system, can easily be adjusted to different requirements. These elements are rake tooth and brushes. Each chain is driven by a sprocket on a common shaft and a flange mounted gear motor. If the screen operation is blocked, a mechanical over load protection interrupts the operation.

Screen Construction: (material according to the actual model)

1.          The screening elements is suitable stainless steel which will not shred trash or cause jamming because of the self relieving nature of the material.

2.          The roller and bushings is 304 stainless steel for reduced wear and long life.

3.          The frame, which is stationary, is 304 stainless steel.

Q: Do you accept special orders?

A: Special order is also available because we have our own factory ,which is a leading manufacturer in this area with 30 years’experience.

Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?

A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

Q: How do your after-sale service work if the product got damaged?

A: In the gurantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged parts for the customer, but if the damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refound this part of cost.(note: Vulnerable parts do not include.)
