Brief Introduction

Jacketed Conical Screw Mixer is a convective mixer with a high mixing efficiency. The VSM treats the product mixture gently and guarantees a high level of mixing accuracy without any material distortion. This machine relies on a combined three-dimensional action produced by a screw suspended from a turning arm inside the conical vessel and the rotation of the screw itself.

Jacketed Conical Screw Mixer  is used for applications in which gentle mixing or blending in combination with residue-free material discharge is required. Furthermore, this type of mixer is suitable for intermediate material storage combined with temporary blending.
The Conical Mixer is used for mixing or blending of powders or pastes, for granulation and agglomeration of powders with binding liquid addition, as well as for crystallization.

Its unique cone design provides for gravity unloading, gives cleaner and faster batch discharge.

7.Easy Liquid Addition
Liquids are injected and atomized into the top of the mixer through the hollow shaft of the drive system.
