How to produce the high fructose corn syrup ?                                                          Although fructose is found naturally in fruit and in honey, these are not the source of fructose that is added to glucose in producing HFCS. It’s actually more chemistry: Fructose is a structural isomer of glucose – they are both molecules with the same number of atoms for carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen, but they are arranged a bit differently. Using a specific enzyme called  Isomerase, the glucose syrup is converted into fructose. The conversion is stopped when the correct proportion is reached – HFCS42 or HFCS55.                  For saving the starch production equipment cost , our factory has research and developed the new technology , we can produce the glucose syrup from corn or broken rice directly without pollution .Then use the glucose syrup produce the high quality fructose syrup . Our new technology can reduce the production cost  than  proeucing fructose from starch , the investor will have greater profit margins .

Process Description of corn syrup making machine 

1.Size mixing and liquidation:

Corn flour or rice flour is mixed with water and adjust PH value. After size mixing, it is added high temperature liquefying enzyme, and then reaches spraying liquidator through slurry pump. The temperature after spraying is controlled at 100--110°C, and the time for heat preservation is 60min, then the second spraying temperature is 120-125℃. 

2. Press filtration system:

After destroying the enzyme , the syrup will pump the press filtration system to  removes the protein and the firber of corn(rice) . It will get the the by product protein feed . 

3.Saccharifying:

It utilizes saccharifying enzyme, and saccharifies when the mash temperature reaches 58-60℃. It goes to the next section upon reaching the required DE value.

4.Liquid glucose decoloration:

After  twice times active carbon decoloration process, it can remove coloring matter in the liquid glucose.

5.Press filtration system:

After decoloration the  liquid glucose mixed with actived carbon  will pump into the press filtration system to remove the active carbon , then it will get the clear  liquid glucose syrup.

6.Ion exchange:

It adjusts the liquid glucose temperature and PH value and cools temperature before exchange. The liquid glucose pumps into ion exchange system for desalination and remove the ash on the liquid glucose.

7.Concentration:

After desalination, under vacuum conditions, the liquid glucose is heated for evaporation. When the liquid glucose concentration reaches the range that the technology requires, then it cools the temperature and enters into the next section.

8.Isomerization section:

After adjusting acidity, concentration and the microelements of the syrup, it enters into the heterogeneous column. Under the immobilization isomerase effect, it isomerizes glucose into fructose and produces 42% original syrup.

9.Syrup refining:

We process the original syrup by second time decoloration, refining exchange, secondary concentration, compound preparation, and temperature adjustment, then pump it into the finished products tank for storage. The finished product is F42 fructose syrup.
