1, The standard:

The hot dipped galvanized steel water tank is a new type water tank manufactured according to the GB:2SS177.

2, The HDG steel plate of the water tank:

1) The plate is press by the special equipment, the surface is smooth, and the concave shape of the plate is good for reduce the pressure of the water pressed to the plate.

2) This plate is made of Q235 steel.

3) The thickness: 3mm,2.5mm,2mm,1.5mm it is different according the size of the tank.

4) The size of the hot dip galvanized steel plate: 1000mm*1000mm, 1000mm*500mm, 500mm*500mm.

5) The size of the water tank, it can be design according the size of the location place, the tallest height is 5meters.

3, The installment of the hot dip galvanized water tank.

1)    Make the bases of the water tank: concrete base or steel support tower.

Make sure the bases at the same horizontal level, and the connection of the bottom plate loaded on the support bases.

2)    According to the direction of the water tank, welding connection, or connect by the bolts and nuts.

3)    After assembled, put in water to test the leakage. After fill full water 12hours, if not leakage, the water tank can be used normally.

5, Used for:

This hot dip galvanize tank is suitable for:

1) the construction water storing, 2) the regulating tank, 3)heating system's inflation water tank,4)the condensate tank as well as the building construction, 5)the geological prospecting, 6)the industry,

7) the defense project, firefighting, fire proof water storage. 8) and

other temporarily store water tank.

6, The spare parts of the HDG water tank

The inlet pipe, the outlet pipe, the overflow mouth, and the position of water tank is depends on the designing.

All around the water tank should not less than 700mm channels, the bottom and the cover should no less than 600mm. When it installed, the bottom and all around between the bottom standard plate's joins must be located on the support.
