This type of cooling tower intake air in two sides, the fan is on the top of the cooling tower, the air intake the cooling tower from two sides of the cooling tower, make heat change for the hot water.  The fills adopts the fills sheet which has salient point,the fills  sheet bonded into a whole, enhance the strength, the salient point in two side of the sheet can avoid the water drip drop down directly,  thus improve the ability of water film formation.

1, save space, structure light-duty

This cooling tower adopt high efficiency heat change fills, the heat change area raise substantially, compared with the old HBLD cooling tower and HBLCD cooling tower, the floor space declined substantially.  Because of the structural design optimization and adopts steel structure, operating weight also greatly reduced.

2,save electricity power

This cooling tower adopts small ventilation resistance fills and the wing type FRP high efficiency fan which is designed by Tsinghua University, thus Reduce the motor power. The ultra low noise cooling tower adopts smaller motor power, save more power, also can according to customer requirement to chose the double speed motor for save electricity power.

3, Low running cost,

This cooling tower adopt the FRP material wing type axial fan, and the low noise fan which reduces the noise in the cooling tower operation. The running noise of the ultra low noise cooling tower is lower, fully comply with environmental requirements. If adopt the double speed motor, the noise can be decline 2-3dB(A) at night time, If the customer chose the double speed fan please point out specially when make order.

4, Good corrosion resistance

 The cooling tower body, water tank, and the panel all adopt the FRP material, and add the light stabilizer in the resin, has the good ageing resistance, no- discoloring for a long time. The cooling tower steel parts is hot dip galvanized after process, so can improve the corrosion resistance performance of the cooling tower. In normal service life, do not need additional anti-corrosion.

5, Easy to assemble

The cooling tower can meet the different work condition requirement via the assemble, the customer can decide assemble according to the site situation, and can change the outlook of the cooling tower according the feature of the building.
