The structure of standard poultry broiler chicken house consists of 8 systems:

♦Main feed line system

                                          Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line in which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Advantages: Reduce labor intensity, one person is enough for one house.

This system conveys feed from outside to feed pan in the chicken shed, which through the rotation of helical spring auger, including main feed line and pan feeding line.

The mainly features of broiler feed pan

*V-pan plate design can reduce feed storage on bottom, so birds can always eat fresh feed. It can also prevent birds from staying too long on the plate.

*The smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.

*Feed pan installation has fixed type or swing type.

*The height of feeder pan is very important for chicken growing, it’s very convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch. The best height of feeding line is: chicken back height and feeder pan up grill should at the same level.
