1.Main feeding system:

The system is mainly used to convey feed from silo/manpower hopper into each feeding line hopper to

achieve the aim of automatic feed delivery.

Components of main feed line system:

2.Automatic pan feeding system:

The system is mainly used to convey feed from the hopper into each feed pan to achieve the aim of automatic

feed delivery.

Components of pan feeding system:

1).Vice hopper:Size: 70Kg, 90Kg;Material:hot-dip galvanized sheet

2).Delivery pipe:Diameter:45mm;Material:hot-dip galvanized steel

3).Auger:imported from South Africa;feeding ability:400Kg/h

4).Feed pan:

Pan distance:4 pans/3 meter,3 pans/3 meter,and others;

Raising ability:50-55 birds/pan

Advantages:

a.The feed level can be adjusted according to the need,which suits need from day-old chicks to adult

chickens;

b.Corrugated bottom designs help broiler chickens eat fresh feed and can reduce the waste of feed;

5).Feed sensor:

Imported from Germany;

Operating principle:

The feed sensor is usually installed at one feed pan of the feeding line.The motor will start working and

delivery feed when sensor doesn't touch feed, the motor will stop working when sensor touchs feed.

6).Driving motor:Power:0.75Kw;

7).Suspension lifting device:

The suspension lifting system mainly comprises:winch,chain,wheel,S-type hook,fixing matering,steel wire rope

and so on.

Maximum lifting weight:1600Kg

Distance between suspension points:3mm

The feed pans can be adjusted to the optimum height by promptly adjusting the height of the feeding line by

the winch lifting system.

Only need to height the feeding line,then can clean and disinfect after chicken sale.

8).Anti-perching device:It prevents chickens from staying on the feeding line for too long.

3.Automatic nipple drinking system:

The system provides fresh water for broiler chickens,which is vital to the healthy growth of birds.Water will

flow out easily and accurately when the chickens touch the nipples.

Components of nipple drinking system:

1)Waterline front system:the starting point of the water source,usually installed in the operating room,

comprises pressure regulating valve,filter,water meter and doser.

2)Water pipe with nipple and drip cup:

Nipple:

a.anti-corrosion,more than 10 years service life;

b.the stepped upper valve rod can form water which can be gradually changed;

c.can meet the drinking demand of chickens in different growing periods.

d.360 degrees touch,chickens easier to use

e.shell is made of high-quality plastic and valve inside is made of high-quality stainless steel, long use time

Drip cup:

The single-arm design is more suitable for new culture idea.

3)Water end module components:Made of transparent PVC material,the waterline and display tube can

clearly observe the water level and adjust the water pressure.

4)Suspension lifting device:The waterline is adjusted to the optimum height by the winch lifting system,which

is important to the health growth of chicken.

4.Ventilation fan&cooling pad system:

The system mainly including two important components:ventilation fan and cooling pad.

The ventilation fan-cooling pad system is the most economical and effective way to reduce the temperature of

the poultry farm ,especially in Summer,which can provide comfortable environment for chickens.

(2).Cooling pad:

1)Advantages of cooling pad:

a.the pad paper is made of pulp imported from Finland,and the corrugated angle is specially designed,which

attains more effective cooling effect than the common pad;

b.the cooling pad adopts Taiwan brand glue,strong adhesive force,good hardness and certain toughness

property;

c.specially substance is used on the surface of the cooling pad,which prevents the mosses,algae,mineral

substances and bacterial before breeding;

d.the Taiwan brand filter works well and keeps the water clean;

e.the frame is made of aluminium alloy,high strength,anti-corrosion,even water distribution,beatiful and

practiclal;

3)Installation and layout of cooling pad:

The cooling pad and fans are always oppositely installed,and the cooling pad is installed on the wall facing

5.Environment control system:

The system can control the temperature in chicken house by controlling ventilation fans, cooling pads, air

inlet windows and heaters automatically, also control the light, water and feeding. We have Israel imported

environment controller and domestic brand environment controller for your choice, they have different 

functions and different prices; our control box use national standard box body and CHINT/SIEMENS/

SCHNEIDER brands electrical elements.

6.Spraying&disinfecting system:

The system can reduce temperature, increase humidity, clean and disinfec chicken houses.

Advantages of spraying&disinfecting system:

a.the  spraying&disinfecting system is multifunctional ,it can achieve the aim of cooling,humidifying,dedusting

and disinfecting.

b. the motor(Taiwan brand) of main engine has high-temperature automatic protection device and its water

absorbing capacity is 20-38L/min

c.the Nylon tube with imported brands can bear pressure about 30-90 KG,anti-corrosion.
