1. Main feed line system:

1).The function of deliver system is to transmit the feed outside shed to the hopper of feeding system inside, control

system indicates delivery system to work automatically.

2).Feed of poultry raising farm is stored in the silo, so as to save large amount of package, and also to ensure the health

of feed. Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the daily consumption and the size of silo.

Material of silo consist of galvanized sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic.

3).If you don't use silo, you can use manpower hopper.Usually, if you just build one or two farm,we suggest you to use

hopper instead of silo.

4).This main feed line system including:

a. silo or manpower hopper;

b. driving motor(power-0.75kw/1.1kw for your option, voltage-380v/220v, three-phase/single-phase);

c. feed conveying pipe(diameter-75mm, material-PVC;

d. auger(imported from South Africa, maximum feeding capacity-1400Kg/h);

e. sensor(imported from Germany).

2. Automatic pan feeding system.

1).There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve feed delivery 

automatically. 

2).Feed pan is the core of feeding system. The feed sensor is usually installed at one feed pan of the feeding line.

The motor will start working and delivery feed when the feed sensor doesn't touch feed, the motor will stop

working when sensor touchs feed.

3)This automatic pan feeding system mainly including:

a. driving motor(power-0.75kw/1.1kw/1.5kw for your option, voltage-380v/220v, three-phase/single-phase);

b. v-shape bin(with hopper);

c. feed delivery pipe with feed pans(diameter-45mm, material-hot-galvanized steel pipe,feeding line specification

-4 feed pans/3m or 3 feed pans/3m);

d. auger(imported from South Africa, feeding capacity-400kg/h);

e. sensor(imported from Germany);

f. suspension&lifting system;

e. anti-perching system.

3. Automatic nipple drinking system.

The system provides flesh and clean water for birds,which is very vital to let the birds have a good growing 

performance. Meanwhile, nipple drinking system can make the poultry house environment better. The system 

has been become the necessary equipment for stander poultry feeding. 

This automatic nipple drinking system including:

a. waterline front system(pressure regulating valve, filter, water meter, doser);

b. water pipe with nipple drinkers and drip cups;

c. suspension&lifting system;

e. electric shock system.

4. Ventilation system.

1).The system controls climate condition, can provide fresh air, proper humidity and temperature for birds, 

ensuring your chickens provide maximum production.

2).This system including ventilation fan(box fan or butterfly cone fan) and air inlets.

3).If your chicken house is open, there is no need to use 36'' fan and air inlets, however, you might need

curtain system.

5. Cooling pad system.

When the air goes through the pad, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air will

be cooled before going into the shed.
