Working principle:

Silo/Manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed

line which control motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Main components:

1).Silo, silo sheet double layer galvanized ensure a service life more than 10 years.

2.Automatic Pan Feeding line system:

There is a pan feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motors

on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.      

3.Automatic nipple drinking line system:

This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry.

The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier. 

4.Ventilation system:

1).Butterfly cone fan features:

a).Design of butterfly door makes a minimum wind resistance and optimum performance.

b).Belt:automatic tensioning device improves transmisission effciency and prolongs service life.

c).Frame:high quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet

d).Motor:1 phase/3 phase motor with 3C certification, high effciency and engery-saving, safe and reliable.

2).Axial flow fan features (centrifugal opening system):

a).Patent design, PA6 raw material of anti-corrosion and anti-aging.

b).Guide rod is made of PA6 raw material wrapped by steel column, solid and reliable to ensure a service life.

3).Air inlet window:

a).The wall of installed windows must keep the same level.

b).Within 15cm below the window must be solid wall which could be fixed with expansion bolt, hollow brick

not avaiable.

c).To prevent water flow backward, the window hole of inside is higher than outside.

d).Pre-embedded wood frames is same level with inside wall of chicken house.

5.Cooling pad system:

The longitudonal way of cooling-fan ventiliation is the most economical and effective way to reduce

temperature of chicken house in summer.

8.Heating system:

Function:

Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different growth stage.

Fuel of oil gas and coal are both available.

Optional heaters:

1). Hot blast heater of coal or diesel: heat the whole chicken house,

2). Gas brooder: heat the day old chick.

3). Gas heater: heat whole chicken house, quantity needed are based on chicken shed area.
