The sensor is usually installed at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve feed delivery automatically. The motor will start working and delivery feed when sensor doesn't touch feed and will stop working when sensor touchs feed.

It's very convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.

Through bracket and connection                                                    

Through bracket and connection is liftable, we can adjust their height according to different breeding stages. Bracket surface use hot galvanizing process, anti-corrosion, more suitable for poultry house environment.

90 degree angle wheel and rail        

Surface are special hardening processed, alloy bearing don't need oiling, have good wear resistance and long service life.

Made of wear-risistant and anti-rust material, have 44mm width of limited food grill, which can separate the hens and roosters apart effectively, and different width food grill can be customized according to customer requirements.

Feeding ability: 14 females/meter

Hopper and through interface site has a cover plate, it is easy to adjust the height of material level and prevent feed spill.

Waterline front system                                                           

Front part is controller of water, which is usually installed in control room.

*Pressure regulating valve: to make sure to supply stable water to drinking lines.

*Filter: clean water and avoid blocking nipples.

*Water meter: to measure water usage volume.

*Doser(Medicator): add medicine to drinking system automatically to prevent disease.

Nipple drinking lines

Nipple:
