1.Automatic hicken broiler pan feeding system:

   In the end of pan feeding system has a feed sensor,it can control motor open or down,when no feed touch feed sensor ,motor will open and convey feed,automatically.

2.Chicken broiler feeding equipment ----manual bin (hopper):

   V-shape bin with hopper,in the beginning of system,it volume is 115L or 200L.Material is hot-galvanized sheet.

3.Chicken broiler feeding equipment ----feed pan

  Feed pan design,generally,every 3meter have 4 pans,in the end of system has a control pan,in it has a feed sensor to control motor.

Main characteristics of feeder:

1.The installation mode of the pan on the conveying pipe is divided into a stationary type and a swing type.

2.The adjustment of forage of the pan is divided into 13shifts,and the shifts are conveniently adjusted 

   according to the need.

3.The inner cylinder can adjust the discharge amount till the pan is closed.

4.The discharge amount can be adjusted by grabbing the outer grille by hand and rotating to position up and 

   down;the mode is convenient,accurate and quick;

5.The pan bottom can be taken down,placed on the ground,and used as a feeding plate of chicks;

6.The Vshaped corrugated pan bottom can reduce the stock on the pan bottom,make the chicks eat fresh food,

   and can prevent the chicks from negatively lying in the pan to eat or rest for a long time.

7.The edge of the pan inclines to toward the center of the tray,which can avoid the waste caused by the spilling 

   of the forage.

8.The outer edge,which is smooth and inclines inward,prevents the crops of the chiks from being hurt,and 

   makes them eat safely and comfortably.

9.The pan bottom is suspendingly detached,and has convenient and sanitary washing and installation raising 

   amount:40-55/pan,150kg live weight.
