Automatic drinking system for poultry are composed of pressure regulator, nipple drinking lines, hanging system, anti-roost accessories.

Characteristics:

1. Drinking Nipple: The nipple shell is made of high quality engineering plastics, and the valve rod inside is made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and more than 10 years' longevity. Every nipple will pass the test before delivery, to ensure that it will never leak. Nipples are easy to be dismounted and replaced. 1 nipple for 1 cup.                                 Output of nipple:39 to 65 ml/min.

2. Water receiving cup: The single arm water receiving cup with a reasonable structure is more suitable for new culture idea.  4 or 5 cups can be installed on the water pipe of 1 meter long. 8-12 birds per cup.                                  

3. Water pressure regulator: 1 regulator can control the water pipe of 100 meters long. 1 regulator for one drinking line.

4. Front waterline: It can assure the reasonable and steady water supply pressure and the steady water drinking amount. Generally the waterline front-end module is installed in the operating room(one set for each operating room)                          

5. Fast-connector: Quick and easy installation, more reliable than the usual connecting method, without cracking and leakage.                                       

6. Hanging system: Lever Height of drinking lines can be regulated freely by winching hanging pieces together with the adjusting rope.                         

7. Water level indicator: The indicating tube is made from high-intensity and anti-resistance plastic, which can observe the water level more clearly, and make it convenient to take down and clean.

Chicken day age: 1-7 days 8-14 days More than 15 days

Water level height: 50-80mm 80-200mm 200-350mm

In summer, the water level can be raised by 30-50mm for the large water consumption. Advantages:

Drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.
