2. Specification of the poultry equipment: poultry plucker 

• Poultry Plucker Attention

1. Equip a leakage switch on the ground line. 
2. Turn on the switch,and check if the machine running normally before using.
3. Wash the tube completely after using.
4. After long time using,please change the robber stick when they are wearing or broken. So as to ensure the working efficiency.
5. After a period of using,if the rolling disc become slower,it might be the belt screw track slip.
6. Then please adjust the nut on the machine base, but note it can't be too tight.   
7. We have 3 dimension chicken plucker which is DE-50, DE-60 and DE-80, and 2 kinds of quail plucker which is DE-30 and DE-40.

3. Specification of the poultry equipment: exhaust fan and cooling pad

• Exhaust fan

  1. The system opens or closes automatically when the fan works.

  2. Centrifugal shutter system and other fitting of shutter are made of Nylon, high quality engineering plastics, 100% raw material, high strength and long service life .

  3. The inner steel fitting installed in the flange increases the security and avoids the stretching change when Nylon system operates.

• Cooling pads
  

  1. Uses the new material and the spatial crossing linking technology, high absorbability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.
  2. Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.
  3. The product involves surface active agent, absorb water naturally, fast speed of pervasion, lasting effectiveness. A piece of water can diffuse in 4-5 seconds. Height of absorb water: 60-70 mm/5 seconds, 200mm/1.5 hours, can achieve international standard.
