Half- automatic beeswax foundation machine 

Introduction:

1)This machine produces foundation sheets in one step, right from the hot wax. 

2)The liquid wax flows onto the cooled foundation rollers and hardens indo sharp edged foundation sheet. 

3)Three(or two) knifes cut the wax sheet into the right width and a cutting mechanism into the right length. 

4)the rollers of this machine are 750mm wide and 162mm in diameter 

5)Cell size is 5.4mm (or 4.9mm or according to requested cell size)or approximately 800 cells per dm2. 

6)380Volts 3 phase and 8 bar air pressure needed.

Introduction:

Plain sheet roller(automatic beeswax flat sheet machine) - the first step to produce foundation sheets with a professional 

roller. This machine produces approximately 500kg plain wax sheets per day. The plain sheets are then put into the foundation 

roller(automatic beeswax flat sheet machine) , which is build with two engraved rolls and a cutting mechanism to produce 

the wax sheets you need in just the right size and thickness

This machine produces endless wax bands from liquid beeswax.Depending on the size of the machine, the bands are from 

360 to 550mm wide and have a thickness of from about 2.0 to 5.0 mm. The machine size should be chosen to produce a wax 

band that is about 2 to 3 cm narrower than the cylinder length of the foundation sheet rolling machine and about 2 to 3 cm wider

 than two times or three times the width of the foundations to be produced. The wax band is wound up on removable reels. 

Once the reels have a weight of approx. 20 to 30 kg, they can be removed without interrupting the machine and replaced with 

empty reels. The machines are supplied without melting tank. If needed, you can buy melting tanks with a capacity of from 100 to 250 kg separately.

Special machines for the transformation of natural or technical types of wax into sheets or similar products are available upon 

request.
