Product Introduction:

1. The origin of housetop chicken coop :  It is because one of our customer in India ,who want to build the farm and purchase our cage,  but the cost of building chicken house is very high.  he offer me an idea -----------can you increase a roof on the top of the chicken cage?  So our technicist study it and finally they designed out  Housetop type chicken cage
2. The cage in the outdoor need to solve some questions:

1).It need to have  block rain  function : consider it,we design the ^ type roof.  The material of the roof is color plate, and the plate  be fixed by the angle iron.  And  the angle iron that support the roof  can be  free adjusted,it is more flexible.

2).How to prevent the wind attack: The roof be fixed by the angle iron, we choose flange  bottom to fix  the bottom of the cage,it is more strong.

3).How to prevent the animal in the outdoor attack: My customer tell me there are many weasel and snake in India. So in order to prevent they eat the chicken and the egg,we make the aperture of wire mesh more close, and protect the egg by use the small welded wire mesh .

4).About the surface treatment :  Consider it is costal area, we choose the surface treatment is first electro galvanized then powder painting,that will make the lifespan of the cage  more longer

Innaer Chicken cage mainly including 5 parts: chicken cage wire mesh, A type cage frame, drinking system, feeding system and installation accessories.

l chicken cage wire mesh:

1. The surface treatment: hot dipped galvanized, electro galvanized and PVC coating. Hot dipped galvanized is best,but the cost is higher You can choose them according to your needed.
2. Specification:The following are our regular and popular specification.We also can produce it according to your specification

l A type cage frame: the surface treatment is hot dipped galvanized, the zinc coatingmore than 500g/m2. angle iron: 40MM×40mm×2mm. That design makes the frame strong and solid.

l Drinking system: The drinking system we can reach automatic. It including water tank frame, PVC water pipe, watering trough, PVC soft pipe and water tank.

l Feeding system: Includinggalvanized iron feed trough, the joint of feeder and the plug of the feeder. If you need the automatic feeding machine to reach automatic feeding system, we also can supply it.

l Installation accessories: pliers and clips

FCL for 20 feet container or 40HQ container/  LCL for less than one container
