• electro galvanized (also named cold galvanized), Using the electrolysis,during the process will form a layer uniformity and good combination metal or alloy sedimentary that covering the metal wire cages, Surface zinc coated is thin, can rach about 10-20g/m2,easy to get rust. but the sureface is smooth and cost lower.
•  hot dip galvanized: make the solid zinc melting into liquid, then put the derusting metal cages into the 500°c melting liquid  zinc,  then the metal cage sureface will attach the zinc.  Surface zinc coated is thick, can rach about 500g/m2,hard to get rust. but the sureface is not smooth.
•  PVC coated : Can be coated into any color as you like

The drinking water system is mainly divided into two kinds:

(1) water can be connected:Tank is composed of automatic valve, and it controls the quantity of water automatically.

(2) no running water, water tank is composed of ordinary tank,and there is a tank each row Customers need add water by themselves.

Other parts of the water system includes the following parts:

The catheter, drinkingnipple, drinking bowl, clip, and water pipe.

Feeding system can be divided into two independent system

1)feeding system accessary to the keelung: composed of the stents and feed box. Feed box has two kinds of material, galvanized sheet and plastics.

2) automatic feeding system: incleding hand thrust and hanging two kinds. Customers can choose any one according to thefeatures of the hen house and the space.

The feeding system of our company is simple, practical, and can be used for the cages auxiliary equipment of my company.It also can be used for the feeding system of the client in cages renewal.
