The parameter of exhaust fan:
1. Frame is made by advanced CNC production line with extra-thick hot-dip galvanized sheet(zinc coating 275g/m2), high accuracy, corrosion resistance.
2. Fan blade is made of high quality stainless steel by punch forming, no deformation, no broken, dustproof, attractive and durable ,. Special blades shape design ensure large air volume, keep air volume same all the way. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade
3. Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester, each blade weight tolerance controlled within 1g. Ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability. Blade material has stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, FRP for option.
4.Fan belt impeller is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weight of blade impeller, high corrosion resistance. Sand-blasting treatment for attractive appearance, eliminating internal stress, improving its own rigidity and stability. Never broken.
5. Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. Motor protection grade IP55, insulation class F grade.
6. Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design, high strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
