Description: E6016 is of carbon steel electrodes with low hydrogen potassium type coating .The weld mental has superior mechanical properties and high crack resistant properties It can be welded on both AC and DC. Welding can be done in all position. When used AC, the stability is inferior a little to that used DC.
Application: Used to weld the important low carbon steel structure and low alloy steel structure, such as 09Mn2 etc.

Before welding, it is necessary to clean the work piece and remove the impurities such as oil ,grease rust and moisture, bake the electrode at the temperature of about 300 degree centigrade for one hour. The welding must be carried out under short arc and is suitable for narrow path.
Description:E308L-16 is a super low carbon stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium type coating. As the carbon rate in the weld mental is no more than 0.04%, it has good inter-crystalline corrosion resistant properties. It is used on both AC and DC and the manipulate is free.
Application:Used to weld super low carbon chrome 19 nickel 11titanium stainless steel structure. It also can weld 0chrome 19nickel 11 titanium stainless steel structure which is anticorrosion and work under 300 degree centigrade. The electrode mainly used in the equipment manufacture of synthetic fibre,fertilizer and petroleum etc.

Note:
Before welding, the electrode must be baked at about 150 degree centigrade for one hour . It should be used on DC possibly, not too large current otherwise the electrode become red easily. The melting depth is lower when used AC.
Description:E308-15 is a low carbon chrome19nickel10 stainless steel electrode with low hydrogen type coating. The deposited mental has good mechanical properties and inter-crystalline corrosion resistant properties. It should be connected with negative polarity on DC and can be welded in all position.
Application:Used to weld the 0chrome 19nickel9 stainless steel structure which is anticorrosive and work under 300 degree centigrade, as well as some bad welding steel structure such as high chrome steel, and the surface of the pile welding stainless steel structure.
