Characteristic of the roaster:

Operation of the roaster:

Start the motor with gas heating, the drum will Rotate.Please remember that to avoid heating the part of the drum,

it should be Uniform heating. When the temputure arrive 50 °C,you can put the soybean in the Feed cylinde. When the soybeans are ok ( the time of roaste is base on  the firepower,generally speaking, it need 14 Minutes ~20 minutes .the temputure arrive around 130°C ).pls determine whether discharge the soybeans soon (you can take some samples of the soybean).

if yes, pls take the block fire cover . Then the soybeans come out of the drum. Then closed the gas. 

The perfect capacity of the capacity is 10 kgs/batch~40 kgs/batch.

Before starting on a gear oil and keep it clean in order to reduce friction, and prolong 

the service life of bearing; everywhere should be removed for cleaning and high speed
