Definition:

Clay brick is refers to the Al2O3 content is 30% ~ 40% aluminum silicate clay products. Clay brick is made of soft clay and 50% and 50% of hard clay grog, ingredients required by certain granularity, after forming, drying, burning under the high temperature of 1300 ~ 1400 °C.

Composition:

The main mineral composition of clay brick kaolinite (2 sio2, Al2O3 · 2 h2o) and 6% ~ 7% of impurities (potassium, sodium, calcium, titanium, iron oxide).

Thermal performance is good, resistance to thermal shock and wear corrosion resistance to spalling characteristics such as high mechanical strength low creep.
