JINHE®JHD Series is quite an exquisite mixing machine in small size, it also adopts double movement mixing principle meanwhile greatly simplified the structure. Thus it is particular suitable for mixing precious powder, such as in scientific research institute and laboratory, but it is not applied to large batch mixing. This equipment also has the same advantages as JHX series "Ideal Mixing Effect" "Large Loading Rate" "Time saving" and "Money saving"

Compared with traditional mixing machine our JHD series mixer has unique advantages.

1^st .This equipment takes little space because of its small size; it is particularly suitable for mixing precious materials or used in scientific research field.

3^rd .This equipment is suitable for small batch mixing(less than 200L).

4^th .This equipment also has advantages like "Ideal Mixing Effect" "Large Loading Rate" "Time saving" and "Money saving".

Technical parameter

How to use

1^st .Inspect equipment: Inspect if there is any sundries inside the container before operating.

2^nd .Prepare stuffs: Prepare the materials to be mixed.

3^rd .Loading stuffs: Fill stuffs into the container through loading port, the best loading volume is 45%-65% of the container and the MAX. is 75% of the container, then screw the loading port tightly.

4^th .Mixing: Press the power button and begin mixing.

5^th .Discharge stuffs: Put a container under the discharge port, open the discharge port until all the stuffs discharged.

6^th .Safety and convenient: Compared with 3D mixer and V shape mixer, our machine's revolving radius is smaller, so its loading port is lower, that's the reason why it is convenient to loading stuff; Safety for use cause of smaller revolving radius.

Application Range 

1^st .Applied to dry powder or semi-dry powder. It is usually used in these fields, such as powder metallurgy, rare earth, and pharmacy and so on.

2^nd .Due to its high mixing efficiency, it is particularly suitable for mixing powder which demand strict requirement.

3^rd .Suitable for fine powder, superfine powder, powder with big difference in specific gravity.

4^th .Suitable for scientific research institutes, used for mix precious materials in small batch.

5^th .Suitable for used in place where it is narrow.

Cautions

1^st .Installation: Put the machine on a flat ground, install machine feet, make machine revolving normally.

2^nd .Before using this equipment: refuel lubricant oil if needed. Inspect fasteners, electrics, if there is abnormal situation happens, please adjust the machine.

3^rd .Loading stuffs: Let the loading port revolving to the position right above the container and then fill stuffs, the best loading volume is 45%-65% of the container, the MAX. is 75% of the container. While the loading volume of ordinary 3D mixer is only 50%, the mixing effect will get worse if loading rate more than 50%.

4^th .Close the cover tightly and start operating the machine: If something abnormal happened, customer must stop to inspect the machine.

5^th .Container and blade need to be cleaned well and keep dry when change mixing materials.
