CE approved Shiplap XPS tile backer board is water resistant insulated tile backer board made of extruded polystyrene, faced on both sides with a fiberglass mesh embedded into a thin cement polymer mortar.
They are widely used in the under floor heating system as a structural tile backer boards. Shiplap XPS tile backer board also can be used in the floor, wall and ceiling by acting as a very efficient moisture and thermal barrier.

Our XPS Boards

XPS is extruded polystyrene insulation board.It is a polystyrene resin as raw materials and other raw materials and polymer, by heating mixed into the catalyst at the same time, and then extruded extrusion forming and the manufacture of rigid foam plastic board. XPS with perfect obturator honeycomb structure, this structure makes XPS board has a very low water imbibition (almost no water absorption), low thermal conductivity coefficient, high pressure resistance, aging resistance.
