2014 stainless steel automatic commercial potato chips plant

All Equipments:

1.Washing-peeling machine:clean and peel process at the same time.

2.Cutting machine: cut potatoes into slice/strip/dice, size and thickness is adjustable.

3. Blanching machine: rinse and restrain enzyme, protect the color and flavor of potato chips.

4. Dehydrator machine: centrifugal force to remove the surface water of potato chips, save time, improve the taste. 

5.Frying machine: fry potato chips to make potato chips delicious and tasty. It adopts oil and water mixing. The oil in the above layer to fry potato chips, 

and the residue will be precipitated in the following water. So it extends the endurance time of oil. After working, the water will be run away along with the residue.

6.Deoiling machine: adopt centrifugal force to remove oil of fried potato chips, so it overcomes the disadvantage of high oleaginousness.

7.Flavoring machine: make the potato chips in the roller, and use the spray to add the seasoning, without breaking, it can make the potato chips delicious.

8.Vacuum packing machine: with nitrogen, it can avoid breaking the potato chips and extend its quality guarantee period. And it can do the aeration, package and print date at one time.
