This device is three rollers symmetrical mechanical rolling machine. It is used to bend steel into drums shape with different diameters. And it is widely used in boiler industry, chemical industry, mine industry, building industry, shipbuilding industry.

III.Main structure and work principle

1. This machine is symmetrical rolling machine, down up roller and then let up and down roller do

opposite roll to bend steel plate.

B. This machine composed of two parts those are working part welded in whole chassis and moving part. Working part composed of left and right bearing base, one up roller, two bottom rollers (the material of the three rollers is 45#steel and do heat treatment), lifting screw and turbine and other accessory parts. Down rollers drive up roller to move, up roller can do up and down move by height way. Drive part composed of main motor, main speed reducer and other accessory parts.

C. Bottom rollers were drove by main motor through main speed reducer, output spindle of main speed reducer driven to two down rollers by one group gears, the revolve direction of rollers adjusted by main motor.

D. Upper roll lifted by accessory motor through vice speed reducer drive worm and worm wheel mechanism of right/left rolls bearing base. That to let the lifting pole do up and down move.

E. Unloading device is designed to remove the workpiece after drums bended into shape. Before unloading the upper rolls move to up limit position, the balance device on upper rolls ends hit upper rolls, draw out the spindle of the pin, then to remove the workpiece.

D. Requirements of heat treatment: quench in surface: osmosis depth of quench≥ 3mm (single side), strength≥HRC45-50.

   Inspect plate when purchase—pre-handle plate—blanking—prove make—weld—inspect weld bead— anneal treatment—rough prose­­—vibrate limitation—accurate treatment—rust cleaning in surface, corrosion prevent—finish it in rust.

1. Technical requirement
   1. Welding joint components adopts Q235A as the material, each thickness define by calculation, meet the strength, stiffness, stability and long-term use security demands, and accord with plate rolling machine and steel construction national standards.
   2. Steel construction with weld joints, for all the weld joints must make groove then good weld, the

height of weld head thinner than the thinner weldment.

1. We will inspect the outward appearance of every weld head, the weld beam surface should even, beautiful, transit tactful, without crack, pore and other defects.
2. After weld the steel construction, before process in lathe should to do vibrate age.

IX.Some repaired of buyer

1. The device installation, debugging, pipe laying, wiring, and other work(include foundation embedded parts, secondly grouting) must finished on buyer’s spot.

B. Planking and install security fence around the device.

C. Grounding components and other necessary parts.

D. Lubrication oil, lubrication fat and so others like before.

E. Buyer must operate device to the using manual and other files, or if causes the device damage and other accidents, the seller don’t assume any responsibility.

F. Supply 380V/60HZ power input to the main power interface of the device electric box.

G. Arrange the worker to do some training on seller’s spot.

Standards provide by seller.

1. Two stages of acceptance
   1. Pre-acceptance by seller, send out goods after it qualified.
   2. Acceptance by buyer, includes check container loading list, check the device, install, test and do

rolling test.

XI.Services after sell and promise

1. Seller can supply export device install and debugging service, and help to train buyer’s operator if

buyer want; but buyer should pay the fees of board and lodging, traffic, communication abroad during the work .

1. One year guarantee, repair all life. Offer call service in 3 hours and spot service in 3 days (internal) /

7 days (external) to ensure buyer’s normal produce.

1. This technical file as the annex of the contract, has law force at same time. Excepts the

changes agree with two sides.
