1,Profiles of product:
High-precision brazed welded frame is the best welding frame made in China with the convenient operation,high precision and low-cost.The STCV is of the same precision with the one from ITALY and GERMANY,But STCV cost is only 20%-30% of the one from ITALY and GERMANY.
STCV may get the high welded precision of Diamond Blade and reduce extremely the procedure of sharpening the segment.

A)main body fram
B)electrical control (or manual-control) steel blank suspending adjusting system.
C)pneumatic steel blank slots self-indexing distance automatically positioned system with water cooling.
D)manual segments clearence adjusting system.
E)steel blank air cooling system for welding area.
F)electrical control system

A,)Diameter of diamond blade:
250~1000mm(type I ), 250~2000mm(type II),
B,)speed of welding:
15~20 seconds per tooth (3~4 piece of segments per minute for dia.350mm blade segment).
C, )surface tolerance=±0.05;
D, )clearence difference=±0.05;
4,Necessary Accessory
a)high frequency welding machine(GP—15kw or GP---25kw)
b) Air compressor
c) water pump(100W—120W)
The accessory may be supplied with the frame,but the additional cost be added.
