***Our poultry feed manufacturing machine is widely used for producing grains into the pet feed (such as cat feed, dog feed, bird feed and so on) and the fish food (including floating fish feed and sinking fish feed). The puffing fish feed pellets can float on the water surface without dissolution for over 12 hours.

2. Raw Material of poultry feed manufacturing machine 

Our fish feed extruder is based on the raw material of corn meal, flour, Wheat middling, Wheat bran, rice bran, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, meat meal and etc. Then the material can be expanded to pellet feed which is different shaped, unique taste and rich nutrition, suitable for dog, cat, fish, bird, rabbit fox etc.

 5. Finally production of using our poultry feed manufacturing machine 

1. The floating time can reach 24 Hours, which can be seen clearly by you and it won’t waste feed.

3. The sterilization effect of fish feed extruder is better to avoid gastrointestinal disease.

4. Aquaculture feed are generally required to put in water, and aquatic animal feeding time is longer, in order to reduce the feed loss in the water and water pollution, the feed is maximized the stability of the feed in the water.

The fish feed extruder line is goes as follows:

Material crushing----mixing----pellets extruding---pellet drying---pellet cooling---pellet packing.

1) Crusher----To crush the raw material into powder.  The powder fineness kept in 60-80 mesh.

2) Mixer -------To make all kinds of powder mixed evenly. The moisture content of the powder is 20%-25%.

3) Extruder----To make many kinds of feed pellet. Such as fish feed (floating tpye and sinking type), pet feed.

4) Dryer--------To remove the extra moisture of the pellet.

5) Cooler------ To reduce the temperature of the pellet after dring.

6) Packaging-- After cooling the feed pellet, we could package it.

*** Except all above machines, this line will need other equipment, such as storage bin, conveyor, Pneumatic conveying systems, unloader, fans, hanging feeder and so on.

- the fish feed pellet is 0.9-15mm size, you can choose the size you prefer.
2. The floating fish feed pellet machine is a single machine or a complete production line?
-It is depend on your chooice. the fish feed extruder can working seperatly, also in a production line, from material crushing to final pellet packing. You can choose it freely.
3. What is the delivery time of the feed pellet machine?
- Usually the single machine can be sent within 15 days after getting the deposit. If it is a large order or production line, the time maybe longer.
