Description:

Ganoderma lucidum, also named Lingzhi or Reishi, has been widely used all over the world for centuries. The fruiting body (above-ground part) and mycelium (filaments connecting a group of mushrooms) are used as medicine. Reishi contains beta-D-glucan, triterpenoids, and ganoderic acird which is believe to be the key to modulate the body’s immune response by linking to the beta glucan receptors found on the monocytes (macrophages), neutrophils, and NK cells.
