Premelted steel making agent(Calcium Ferrite)can accelerate the dissolution of lime,so it doesn’t need to use fluorite to promote melting,to achieve Fluoride-Free steel making,reduce the furnance lining erosion,and decrease the environmental pollution.Because of good effect of slag melting,smelting stability and reduce molten steel splash.
Calcium ferrite is mainly adopted high calcium-based composite pre-melting material,homogenization of product composition,stable quality,effectively improve the converter smelting process,improve slagging melting,strengthen dephosphorization,no air pollution.
