Our machine is mainly used to produce briquettes with high density from all kinds of biomass like wood, sawdust, rice husks and others. The final briquettes are used as fuel for heating and cooking, and are widely used in many industries like boiler industry. The process for producing charcoal briquette is the followoing:

1. Crusher---crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);

2. Dryery---dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;

3. Briquetting---put the material into feed inlet of briquette machine, there is no need to add any binder;

4. Carbonization---if you want to get charcoal briquettes in the end, use a carbonization stove to carbonize them.

Many kinds of agro-wastes can be used to make briquettes, such as groundnut-shell, sugarcane residue, caster shells, stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste, mustard stalk, Jute wastes,  bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other Agro wastes.
