This machine is mainly used for the diecutting, creasing, cold and hot embossing of cigarette box, drug box, wine box and label in the packing and decorating industries.

This kind of machine is incorporated with fully automatic feeding, diecutting, delivering counting, obstacle indicating, checking and measuring. It has the features of easy operating, reliablity, high speed and precision.

MZ1050J automatic foil stamping and ide cutting machine is machine is mainly used for die cutting,creasing,foil stamping,cold and hot embossing of cigarette box,drug box,liquor box and label in the packing and decorating industries.

Features:

1.Adopted JAPAN servo driving and control system,it can increas memory and function.

2.Four servo motor separately control machine collect & release foil roll,cause the foil retraction consistency to ensure stamping accuracy.

3.Adopted 12 area temperature control,equal and reliable,temperature control is with touch screen,control accuracy is  ±1℃.

Detail:

Feeding Section	1.80g above paper can stable feeder,cutter,stamping and collection 2. 4 feed and 4 suck feeder can be running smoothly 3. Automatic non-step feeder and pre-stack can improve working efficiency .
Feeding table	Importer belt with abrasion proof press rubber wheel/ handle wheel ensure stable feeding and intelligent photoelectric detection in order to be high positioning accuracy.
Transverse foil stamping	Two group Electrochemical foil step roller for transverse with separately control by 2 set AC serve motor.It can separately achieve jump,stepping function in order to be retractable sync,consistent of aluminum foil to ensure high stamping accuracy.
Longitudinal foil stamping	There is 3 groups Electrochemical aluminum foil step roller for longitudinal of hot stamping section . Which separately control by 3sets AC servo motor , 2 groups Electrochemical foil step roller for transverse with separately control by 2set AC servo motor. It can separately achieve jump / stepping function in order to be  retractable sync/ consistent of aluminum foil to ensure high stamping accuracy .
Die Cutting Section	Bearings and electrical parts of die cutting section used foreign brands, precise and durable
Delivery Section	Adopt non-stop delivery system insure stable and fast paper delivery.
Electrical control part	It adopts Japan servo drive & control system ,which can anytime increase memory and function It adopts controlling temperature by touch screen, 12 zone temperature control with uniform and reliable.
