This machine is mainly used for the diecutting, creasing, cold and hot embossing of cigarette box, drug box, wine box and label in the packing and decorating industries.

This kind of machine is incorporated with fully automatic feeding, diecutting, delivering counting, obstacle indicating, checking and measuring. It has the features of easy operating, reliablity, high speed and precision.

Automatic Die Cutting Machine(With stripping) is special equipment which is suitable for high quality colored cardboard box and labels.It is the importment equipment for creasing,die cutting,concave and convex in packing area. The machine adopts more advantages from other die cutters domestic and abroad.

1.Touch screen control: Adopt programmable controller,and it is incorporated with fully automatic feeding, diecutting, delivery, obstacle indicating, checking and measuring.

2.Unique cam intermittent construction: Using unique cam intermittent construction designed by computer, which ensuring diecutting precision and gripper bar's processing stability.

3.Imported spare parts: The driving chain for gripper bar is imported from IWIS, Germany, ensuring precision and life. PLC, Transducer and all kinds of electric switch are imported from FUJI, YASKAWA, and OMRON, JAPAN.

4.Electromagnetic clutch : Adopting electromagnetic clutch, long life and low noise.

5.Transducer control: The main motor is controlled by transducer, which achieves stepless speed regulation and smooth operation.
