Features:
1.Feeder with twin-screw measure.Motor and feeder are designed with direct-couple, it contains horizontal mixer inside the feeding hopper.
2.Twin-screw extruder. Material of screw elements is high qualified tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2,hardness of the face is HRC60-64,material of the barrels is double alloy. Main motor is the AC motor improted frequency converter is used to adjust speed,screw speed is 50-600 rmp.
3. Electric control system.Temperature control system with PID adjustment,dual channel,tem-control meter is RKC from Japan.Hotly protects the component and break switch of the main drivers are used SIMENS products.
