Product Application

1. There are two pieces of sheets on each baking plate in this production line.
2. It can make the cones within145 mm long, not include the angle, weight, thickness, figure and depth of the crisp bowl.
3. And we can design and make other models and specifications according to the different requirements from the client.
the same machine can make different products within round biscuit, sugar rolled cone, egg roll with changing the different forming devices.

Main Features

1. The voltage is 380V 50HZ 3 phrase, it heats by fuel gas( natural gas or liquefied gas). The working capacity is large, it’s operated automatically for batter loading, roasting, moulding, demoulding, products conveying, piling and counting.
2.All the components are fixed on the steel structure firmly, the door adopts double plate heat insulation, all the panel is made of stainless steel.
3. The roasting equipment is continuous and automatically, and operate rotary at the same time. The working speed is adjustable according to the operation. It operates by the motor which has the hauling system.
4. Mould: the baking pan adopts high quality nodular cast iron.
5. Feeding pump: it sucks the batter from the batter bucket and press the batter on the baking pan for baking, the batter’s quantity can be adjustable, it can meet different requirement of different products.
6.Burning system: it heats by gas. Press Fire Button, it fires automatically, the fire is adjustable according to the needs.
7. This equipment uses the Button Operation or PLC Controller to produce, adjust and control.

Machine Parts

Mould: the baking pan adopts high quality nodular cast iron.
