Introduction:

1. It adopts advanced coking technology, greatly improve the coking rate, carbonization rate is about 80% up to 90%.

Airflow carbonization furnace (new environmental protection coking furnace) based on in the original coking furnace flue gas recovery unit, flue gas recycling can reach clean smokeless, after the recovery of flue gas can be ignited like liquefied petroleum gas, used for heating, cooking, also available for the dryer.

Working principle:

A.drying stage from the start of ignition to the furnace temperature up to 160 °C, when the moisture contained rod mechanisms rely mainly on external heat and the heat generated by the combustion itself is evaporated. The chemical composition of rod mechanism hardly changed .

Also produced methane, ethylene and other flammable gases, the combustion of combustible gas in the furnace. Thermal decomposition and combustion gases generated a lot of heat, the furnace temperature rises, carbonized wood into carbon at high temperatures.
