Function: It is mainly used for mixing of chili powder and chili sauce, with high efficiency.

when the output becomes lower, you should change the array to be sharp to rough or sharp to sharp. 

 adjust the roller

After the machine being used for a long time ,when the product rate is lower heavily and the quality of the electricity consumption is high, you should do the wire-draw to adjust the roller according to the technology character.

Adjusting the distance of rollers

Coarse adjustment 

Firstly, close the brake and adjust the spring and compress it 8-10mm. The pressure of the springs should be identical, you can inspect the coherence of the distance of the rollers by observing or using the 0.5-1.0mm thin sheet iron.

Putting a 450mm piece of paper sheet between the two rollers and turn the hand wheel to adjust the distance. Then turn vee belt by hand and see whether the trace pressed by the roller in the paper is consistent. If the trace is not even, you can adjust the length of staff and the pressure of spring.

.Adjustment during working :

Inspect whether the chili crushes after milling is even or not, if not, you can adjust the pressure of the spring.

 The flow is decided by the distance between the feeding rollers and the material entrance.

when you need to increase or decrease the flow ,there is a controlling hand wheel of material entrance on top left of the milling machine. And you can turn the wheel left or right standing on the manipulation place.

4.Installation 

The milling machine and the suction fan should be installed firmly in a plain area, the machine rack is fixed by the bolt (M12) on the basis of the pouring concrete. Motor should touch the ground in case any electricity leakage. All electrical equipment should be installed by electrician.

All bolts and screws must be tightened in order to be reliable and firm .

 All turning parts must be in flexible way without any noise.

Parts that can be lubricated should add lube inside.
