Product Description
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, salt, baking powder.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Baked cake flour
1. Separate 8 chicken eggs into a bowl, beat the eggs well and put 340g sugar, 160ml water (or fresh milk) into the bowl and continue to beat until the sugar is dissolved (about 10 minutes), then put 400g sponge cake mix powder and beat for 5 minutes. After that, put 80g oil (or melted butter) into the mixture and beat well.
2. Spread 1 thin layer of butter or oil in the mold. Cut thin papers in circle shape like the bottom of the mold, line in the mold, then cut a long strip of paper to line around the mold, pour the mixture into the mold.
3. Bake the cake at temperature of 170 – 180oC for 30 – 35 minutes, put fire above an below the grill, leave it on the lower shelf for 15 minutes and then move to the middle shelf until the cake turns brown.
