The easiest way to keep your wine in a good condition is to get a wine cooler.

Proper temperature for wine storage:

Wine can be stored satisfactorily between 9 ~ 18 °C  ( 48~64 °F ) with a humidity between 60% and 80%. Since wine matures at a faster rate at higher temperature. Normarly, a temperature of 13 °C ( 55 °F )  is ideal for both short-term storage and long-term aging  of wine.

All you need to do is to set a temperature which is suitable for your wine and your wine cellar  will start self regulating, providing a constant temparature condition to respect your wishes.
