1. The customer should prepare the factory well before the engineer come the install the machines.

2. The customer should pay flight tickets and visa for the engineers

3. The customer should provide hotel and food for the engineers.

6. The customer should prepare one translator for our engineer for communication.

2. Within three years, if any spare parts broken because of the quality of the machine itself we will provide free spare parts, but as for the wrong operation of the workers, we will not be responsible for the spare parts.
