The raw materials

In 2009, Our company invested the exclusive fruit and vegetable chips production base in Beijing. Which in order to ensure supply of fresh vegetable & fruits. From seeding to harvest, all vegetable & fruit will under the agricultural expert guidance. Also all the raw materials need pass the professional testing & strict quality control. To guaranteed each piece is in high quality without any pesticide residues.

Product' shape and size.

We generally produce two kinds of thickness of the sweet potato chips: 2mm and 3mm. 

However, we welcome customization to meet your requirement and deversify our product at the same time. 

Processing

We utilize the most developed and trouble-free production process -- VF-60 system that guarantees our products are strictly up to the standard with higher production capacity. Compare to other models VF production process, VF-60 has such following advantages:

We were founded in 2000. And then, with 16 years of development, the amount of our fixed assets has reached to 280 million RMB. Annual gross domestic product has amounted to 260 million RMB. Our factory has 480 employees, of which 68 people are technicians. We are a high-tech agriculture enterprise, engaging in planting guidance and researching, producing, processing, product innovation and trading.

Processing and Packaging

Currently, the advanced, automatic equipment working in our factory were imported from Germany and the United States. We have four producing line, that could process 50 tons raw materials per month. And our packaging workshop is equipped with the most modern equipment among the domestic industry. Fully automatic packaging line make us could produce 7g to 500g-capacity bag, back cover sheet, glass, cans and many other dimensions packaging products.
In the product processing, we do not add any artificial coloring, preservatives and other additives. We try to guarantee the products are low-calorie, high-fiber, let people enjoy snacks and keep healthy at the same time.
