Product description:

A .With high-speed dispersion device and strong mixing viscous dispersion of solid and liquid materials; the main stirring with variable speed device, it can reduce the formation of bubbles when high viscosity under low temperature, the gear pump can cyclic discharge, so it can speed up the product formation and discharging.

C.Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and reliable sealing (the mechanical seal adopt Germany Bergman product), and the emulsifying rotation speed of 0-3040 rpm (Taiwan’s teco frequency debugger)

Operating principle:

1, Material which come into the emulsification pot by the vacuum pump after it heating and mixed reaction in the oil pot and the water pot.

2, The mixing paddle and PTFES craper which inside the homogeneous pot are mixing the pot shape, sweep clean the sticky material which on hanging wall. So the scraped material can continuously produce new interface,

3, After shear, compression and folding by mixing blades, so can flow to the homogenizer by mixed down way. The materials which between the rotorand the stator by high-speed rotation of the homogenizer will be produce a series of processes of strong cut, impact and turbulence.

4, Particles was quickly broken into200μm ~ 2μm, due to emulsifying pot in vacuum state, the bubble which was take away on time when the material in the mixing process.
