                            Lemon is very bright light plants, sun too strong, however, are stunted growth. General noon need put appropriate growth of the plants in the annual average temperature in more than 15 ℃, optimal growth temperature of 23 ℃ to 29 ℃, stopped growing for more than 35 ℃, 2 ℃ is affected by cold. Lemon generally do not need to cool the summer, home before frost, out of the room, after the tomb-sweeping day is safe to winter.

Lemon, is Lemon, is  considered the origin of Asian evergreen small trees, the fruit is yellow oval shape, used mainly for juice, sometimes used as cooking sauces, sometimes lemon pulp and peel for cooking and baking. Lemon juice contains 5% to 6% citric acid, make its have the sour taste. The acidity make lemon is widely applicable to food production, such as lemon juice.
