Product Introduction: 

Oat is an extract from wild oats straw, and a rather recent entry to the field of aphrodisiacs.

While oats have a long reputation of being the most energizing grain, the alleged sexual effects

have not commonly been recognized in previous centuries.

Oat extract is said to free up bound testosterone in both men and women. If this were indeed

the case, a prosexual effect would be obvious. Most positive effects of testosterone, including

sex drive, are attributed to free testosterone, while bound testosterone is mainly a subject of

study when enlarged prostates are the primary concern. 

Oat β -glucan is extracted from oat bran and is a multi-functional addictive to active cosmetics. 

It is a glucan made up of cellotrioses and cellotetroses. The proportion of cellotrioses and 

cellotetroses in β -glucan is 3: 7. After the 1980s, Wood et. Al. Discovered with specific 

enzymatic hydrolysis that the glycosidic bonds of cellotrioses and cellotetroses in oat β -glucan 

form a single spiraled chain; In over 85% of oat β -glucan molecules, there is one cellotriose 

between every 2-3 cellotetroses. A large amount of hydrophilic groups are spread evenly 

on the main chain of glucan. According to current research results, oat β -glucan is a natural 

anti-ageing substance.

Oat β -glucan can counteract the exercise-induced increased risk for URTI in mice, which is at 

least partly mediated by its effects on lung macrophages. Substantial evidence in humans 

indicates that carbohydrate containing sports drinks can offset the decreased immune 

function associated with stressful exercise. However no studies in animals or humans have 

directly examined their effects on URTI using a controlled virus challenge model. The benefits 

of oat β -glucan to show that sucrose feedings have similar effects on susceptibility to respiratory 

infection and macrophage anti-viral resistance in both resting controls and following exercise stress.
