(1)Putting one bag into wood basin and add 3-4litres boiling water

(3)When the water become warm 40-45 or the degree you like, soak your feet in the herbal water for 30minutes at least till sweats appear on your head
(4)If water become cool, you may add more hot water as per what you need.
