Dried red Jujubes is the ripe Zizyphus jujuba mill of Rhamnaceae and zizyphus mill. 

It is made by hanging, drying or baking, dried, peel red to purple. Also known as Chinese dates, 

originating in China, since 3000 years of cultural history, is one of the unique fruit in recent years, 

is becoming the new development hot spots in our fruit trees. Plum, apricot, peach, chestnut, 

and called China's "five fruits", the world's seventh largest dried fruit.

 

Chinese herbal medicine books recorded that jujube is sweet and warm, owned by the stomach for nourishing 

the nerves, easing the effects of the medicine function; modern pharmacology is found. It contains protein, fat, 

sugarrich, organic acids, vitamin A, vitamin C, trace calcium in a variety of amino acids and other nutrients.
